Account FAQs


Onwardly requires you to create an account with an email address and password. Creating an account enables you to sync you data across multiple devices (ex. iPhone and iPad) and enables you to restore your Onwardly data onto new devices.

How do I change or reset my password?

To change you password, in the Onwardly App navigate to Observatory > Settings and tap Change Password. You will receive an email with instructions to change your password.

If you are unable to login to the app, contact support for assistance.
